Hi! I'm a new member and I need some help. I wrote some of this in the Don't be shy..introduce yourself section. I want to get a small tattoo around my leg at the ankle with sunflowers or black-eyed-susans and vines and leaves. I am also trying to figure out if I can do three names (Brian Brandi & Dylan) hidden or incorporated into the vines and leaves without making it too big or too busy. I have attempted to draw up something to see what it may look like, but I am no artist! I was wondering if you guys with talent could give me some ideas and suggestions.

when you say around your leg at the ankle do you mean a anklet design? one that actually wraps around or do you want something that is just on one side of the ankle?

also when you say small that makes it a little hard for lettering. So, i might suggest a design with 3 flowers to have one for each name. I have several floral designs and can make one up for you if you like

Thanks for replying so quickly! I do mean an anklet design that goes all the way around. How big do the letters have to be so they won't run together? I used to work with a girl that had her kids names inside the leaves, but it was on her arm and I can't remember how big it was.

well there are different options
you can put the names outside the flowers
they could be part of the vine work
or they could be on the petals

if you want them in the petals it mostly depends on the script you use. I wouldn't recommend much smaller then 1/2 inch for something fancy. the smaller the letters the better the chance they will blur

I guess I'm not sure about the having the names, but I know I want the sunflowers and vines as a wrap around anklet. If you have any suggestions or design ideas, that would be great because I can't really find anything I like so far. Then I can decide if I can work the names into the vine work.

I've been wanting something to make my heart tattoo stand out on my arm. was thinking of some kind of tribal so it looks like the heart is sitting on it. But i instead of solid black i want black and gray shading. Can anyone help?

I'm ready for some fresh ink and i want to get my side piece done. I've been losing weight so i can look good in a tux (i'm strappen on the old ball and chain lol) So i have to lose the wieght and my lovely bride told me she'd buy the tat if i lost the wieght. So i'm getten the biggest tat i can. haha! I told her what i wanted and it would be costly but she didn't mind. Anyways i want a pic of the front of my truck with a pinup girl worken under the hood of it! With a garage and tool boxes in the backround! Thats what i want next. If anybody gets bored and can hook that up let me know! Cause i'm getten it when i lose another 20lbs. That way i'll be down to an even 180! Later guys!

OK Goth, Rags... My best friend needs a cover up tat and she wants a turtle. Tat that needs covered is words it is about 2 1/2 inches long and 1 inch tall.Can you guys give her sime ideas PLEASE?? She just loved the tats you came up with for me and is hoping you can help her!! Thanks
